Step One

The “Why” Question

Successful, new entrepreneurs do not talk about what the client wants to hear. They talk about the aspects about their idea that inspire them the most and that they are most convinced off. They embody and express WHY they do what they do. You would as well not address your friend with: “Which cloths should I wear today so that you like me even more?” He/She would probably react by saying: “You are crazy. Take that decision yourself. That’s why you are my friend.” This simple principle can easily be applied to the commercialization of your business idea.

Therefore, your goal is not to do something with people, who need what you have. Your goal is to do something with people, who believe in what you believe.

We will work on this during our first step in becoming an entrepreneur. We will figure out, who you are and to which personal core your professional passion relies to. Why do you want to become entrepreneur? What do you strive for in setting up your own freelancing business? Which values must be fulfilled when you put your product/service on the market?

Step Two

The “How” Question

During the second step, we make it our goal to discover which business idea suits you best. We will figure out, HOW you can set up your professional future on your personal beliefs and values. A profound knowledge of your own needs beforehand allows us to develop your business idea from a matter of course. Your business idea will feel more like a calling instead of a profession since it arises out of your own personality.

Who do you want to be? What do you have to offer in terms of your own personality? What makes you different by nature? Which clients can benefit from this? Which product or service arises automatically out of your own socialization?

Step Three

The “What” Question

Most new entrepreneurs position themselves according to the question “What do you have to offer?” Before we start brainstorming about this final question we will define your mission and vision. We give your business a name and generate a slogan. We look for the ideal to attract your customer’s attention. While we address the breadth of your professional identity in Step One, we focus on the depth of your idea now. We discuss how you can further specialize in your professional field of interest and how you make your professional identity unique.

Last but not least we figure what steps are necessary to finally put your idea into practice. By the time you execute your business plan you will decide for the first time, WHAT you actually will do day in, day out.
